The Study of Efficacy of Physical Education Teachers and Prospective Physical Education Teachers on the Usage of Educational Internet

Abstract


The aim of this study is to find out the efficacy of educational internet usage of physical education teachers’ and prospective physical education teachers’. The study group consists of 372 people, 104 of whom are physical education teachers and 268 are prospective physical education teachers. In the research, “Educational Internet Use Self-Efficacy Beliefs Scale” which was developed by Şahin (10) is used as data collection tool. In the study, it was found that the efficacy of the usage of educational internet among the physical education teachers’ and prospective physical education teachers’ is generally high level. In the comparison about the efficacy of educational internet between the physical education teachers and the prospective physical education teacher a significant difference was observed (p< 0.05). In the comparison according to the gender, it was found that no significant difference (p>0.05).
