The Relationship between Leader Member Exchange and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Public Organizations Providing Sports Services

Abstract
The aim of this study was to determine the effects of leader member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior. Data for the study were obtained from employees (N=156) in Youth and Sports General Directorate through questionnaires. The analysis indicated that there were a significant and positive relationship between leader member exchange and organizational citizenship behavior. In this framework, the recommendations were given related to increase leader member exchange for sport organizations.
